Administration

Navigating the complex maze of technology platforms can be a challenge for any employer. PEC specializes in facilitating businesses’ benefit administration processes while providing custom solutions for efficient and accurate data reporting. PEC provides recommendations for improvement based off our experience and the specific needs of each client.

Client Services

PEC’s High-Touch Client Service Department serves as an extension of your HR team providing knowledgeable support while ensuring your success throughout our partnership. Your solution is managed by the same Client Service Team that assists with implementation, so you receive fast, knowledgeable support once day-to-day operations commence.

Case Builders

Selecting the right platform is just the first of many steps. Configuring the system is where the real investment of time and energy comes in. Our technology team has gone through the rigorous training and certification to build out any of our preferred platforms. By leveraging us for your benefits technology needs, you can avoid the lengthy timelines and delayed support typically experienced when working directly with the platform vendor or carrier.

Data Integration Simplified for the Business Owner

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enrollment connections can pose problems due to frequent client vendor format variations. These problems are obsolete utilizing PEC’s resources. Each member of our EDI team is an expert in eliminating this challenge. This is executed by managing and manipulating all import/export formats and then supplying custom and standard formatting. Our primary goal is to ensure this process is based on your program's setup and scope of service.
