Our multi-lingual, licensed benefit counselors provide high-touch and efficient benefit consultations to assist employees during open enrollment and throughout the year with no appointment needed. Each client is assigned a dedicated toll-free number, and all calls are recorded for quality assurance and record keeping purposes

On-Site Face to Face Counseling

One-on-one benefit consultations are scheduled throughout the day, to ensure employees are capable of completing their daily responsibilities. The benefit counselors will provide consistent, high-level information to assist in selecting the best benefit package for each employee.

 
 

Online Employee Self-Service

Employing a diverse range of educational resources from plan documents to educational videos, results in greater employee awareness and participation. Allowing the flexibility to “save and continue” your benefit selections, our Self-Serve option creates a no pressure scenario for employees. Lastly, each employee receives an itemized benefit confirmation statement outlining their finalized plan elections upon completion.

Full-Time & Salaried Counselors

Our full-time, salaried benefit counselors are explicitly trained for every clients benefit offerings. In-depth training is provided on all benefit offerings, prior to enrollment commencing.
